All purchases, fees, and charges made for our Services are final. To protect the Service Provider from abuse, chargeback risk, and misuse of digital offerings, no refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
Data Security and User Responsibilities
Our Services store and process personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide the Services. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your devices and access credentials. For optimal security and functionality, we strongly advise against modifying your device's operating system through jailbreaking, rooting, or similar methods, as such actions could compromise security and may result in our Services not functioning correctly.

Our Services may utilize third-party services and may contain links to external websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Service Provider. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for:
- The content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services, websites, or resources.

- Any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.
By accessing third-party links or services through our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You do so at your own risk and discretion.
- Your use of such services will be subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties.
- The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or other liability arising from your use of third-party services.
- The Service Provider does not endorse or make any representations about third-party content, websites, or services.

- Cloud infrastructure providers.
- Payment processing services.

Limited Liability and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions, and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

- The Services' compatibility with your device or any third-party software.
- That the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Usage and Connectivity
If you are using our Services outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to our Services, or other third-party charges. By using our Services, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use our Services outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using our Services, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Services. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged and has adequate resources. If your device becomes unable to access our Services due to lack of power or resources, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Updates and Service Termination
We may wish to update our Services at any time. System requirements may change, and you may need to accept updates if you want to continue using our Services. We do not guarantee that we will always update our Services so that they are relevant to you and/or compatible with your particular system version. However, you agree to always accept updates to our Services when offered to you. We may also wish to cease providing our Services and may terminate their use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using our Services.
